ELIGIBILITY CONFIRMATION

The Winner confirms they are a resident of New Zealand, aged 18 years or older, and not an employee (or an immediate family member of an employee) of BYD Nelson, Kimi Ora Eco Resort, or Chia Sisters.

PRIZE REDEMPTION

The Winner agrees to redeem the prize by 23 July 2025 during the Winter season only. The dates for the stay at Kimi Ora Eco Resort and the use of the BYD Dolphin are subject to availability.

PRIZE DETAILS

The Winner acknowledges that the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizer agrees to award The Winner with:

• A 2-night stay for two people at Kimi Ora Eco Resort.
• Use of a BYD Dolphin vehicle for the weekend.
• A supply of Chia Sisters beverages.

NOTIFICATION & ACCEPTANCE

The Organizer will contact The Winner via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the giveaway closing. The Winner agrees to respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and The Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

USE OF BYD DOLPHIN

The Winner confirms they hold a valid full driver’s license, and agrees to return the BYD Dolphin in the same condition as it was provided. The Winner accepts responsibility for any damages or penalties incurred during the use of the vehicle.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice. The Winner agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

If The Winner resides outside of Nelson, they acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own flights and travel to and from Nelson. The Organizer is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses outside of the prize described in this agreement.

WINNER OBLIGATIONS

As a condition of accepting the prize, the competition winner agrees to the following:

• The winner must provide high-quality content (including but not limited to photos, videos, or written testimonials) documenting their experience with the prize.
• The winner agrees to post this content on their personal social media accounts within one week of redeeming the prize, and must tag the following accounts: @bydnelson @kimioraecoresort @chiasisters in each post.
• The winner must also deliver the content directly to the BYD Nelson Marketing Manager for use on social media channels, website, and any other promotional materials as deemed appropriate by The Car Company / BYD Nelson.
• The content provided and posted by the winner must be in good taste and align with the branding and values of BYD Nelson. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize.

PRIVACY

The Winner’s personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without The Winner’s consent.
